We pride ourselves on making sure that rent is collected on time. We accept rent payments by check, money order, wire transfer or online payment using our tenant portal.
All of our tenants are provided an access to an online portal where they can pay their rent online using their bank account and routing number. Our system will then automatically deduct then rent from the tenants account using an ACH debit.
In the event that rent payment is late, we charge a late fee for all tenants who pay their rent more than 7 days after their due date.
Also don’t forget we only make money when you do! If no rent is collected then no management fees will be charged. We charge a percentage of the collected rent as management fee, so if rent is not collected then we are not paid.
